Founded in 1997, Victronic Technology Corporation is a specialized laboratory dedicated to product safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) consulting, testing, and certification. Our company serves various industries, including medical equipment, audiovisual devices, information and communication technology, and consumer electronics. With a commitment to high-quality standards, Victronic Technology Corporation ensures that these products meet stringent safety and EMC requirements, helping clients achieve market compliance and user safety. To better serve its clients, Victronic Technology Corporation has established service centers in Xindian District, New Taipei City, Taiwan, and in Chang’an Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. These strategic locations enable the company to provide timely, localized testing services for Taiwan and the South China region. Each facility is equipped with advanced testing equipment, supporting comprehensive product safety testing in both locations and EMC testing in Dongguan. This infrastructure allows clients to expedite the testing and approval process, helping them enter the market more efficiently. Security Policy

We aim at establishing a secure and reliable electronic environment based on the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, so that our laboratory can effectively manage various affairs related to information security. Our determines to as below:

The laboratory processes personal data files in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and related laws.

The laboratory has established “Procedure of Confidentiality, Security Communication”, including data security, data auditing, equipment management and other security maintenance.

The laboratory personnel should follow the “Procedure of Confidentiality, Security Communication” when operating the computer to ensure the correctness of the input and output of the personal data files and to comply with the relevant confidential data protection regulations.

Before using the computer system, the laboratory personnel should sign the password application form and protect the information according to the regulations, and distinguish the operation level before starting to use the computer system. User passwords was unique be used by one account. When printing out various published materials (such as reports, bills, product lists, etc.), the laboratory should take care to ensure the security of the customer's data. For customers who do not wish to publish their names, they should be kept confidential and must not be leaked in any way with non-employee.

The customer data of this laboratory should be viewed on the Intranet only. If it is necessary to print it with approval, else it should not be printed privately.

All employees are required to implement ISO/IEC17025 requirements. All information operation related measures have ensured the confidentiality, integrity and availability of business data, and are protected from external threats or improper management of internal personnel, and are compromised, destroyed or lost. Such risks, choose appropriate protection measures, reduce the risk to an acceptable level, continue to monitor, review and audit the information security system, strengthen our service quality and improve our services level.
